The Residents Association decided the original careline equipment required updating and due to organisational changes, the scheme also required a new provider for its 24/7 monitoring. After receiving various tenders for both a replacement integrated system and standalone telecare alarms, the Residents Association opted for the latter option, along with a range of additional sensors such as fall detectors and smoke alarms from Telecare24.
