My Mum was very vulnerable and my family were very concerned about leaving my Mum on her own when my Dad died. She didn’t want to accept any help from anyone, and we always worried about what would happen if she fell and hurt herself.

I heard about Telecare24 through a Fire Service Advocate, who suggested I give you a call. I was worried about my Mum falling and about her leaving pans on the hob bubbling away until they burnt without her remembering she had done that. I phoned you for advice, and you were extremely helpful in suggesting needs for Mum.

This gives my family and me the best peace of mind that I could wish for.

I felt reassured when I received the Telecare24 phone hub and bracelet/necklace that Mum could wear just if she needed to press that button, and someone would be alerted.
