I wanted to thank you and your team for helping me last Friday.

I was in my kitchen cooking my dinner (sausage and chips) and I was using my stroller. I decided to sit down on the stroller seat to ease my back. I stood up to look at my dinner and the stroller went backwards and I went forwards and fell on my bottom with great pain. I could not get up. I tried and tried to no avail. All this time my chips were cooking and I thought the pan was going to go up.

Fortunately, I was wearing my alarm which I pressed and spoke to one of team. I told them my predicament and that I was in danger and they immediately rang my neighbour and within about two minutes my neighbours were round. Thank goodness. They turned off my cooker and managed to get me into my lounge and into my chair.

Without the alarm the bungalow would have gone up with myself and my dear cat as well.

This was completely my fault because I had not put on the brakes on the stroller before sitting down.

But thank goodness for your alarm. It saved my life and my home.
