I am really pleased that I chose Telecare24 and would highly recommend them. I had no trouble getting in touch with the company, all the staff I spoke to were very helpful and caring.
The pendant I ordered came very quickly and I was able to test it with the staff at Telecare24. The tests proved very successful and so easy to do and by pressing the two buttons one soon hears a voice asking if it is an emergency or in this case just a test call.
As well as how impressed I am with the Chiptech GO alarm when showing my friends they thought how clever it all was.
