The item we chose that best suited our family member’s needs was the Go Active! GPS Alarm Plan.

Fortunately, the unit has not yet been needed in a real-life situation, and as such we cannot review the effectiveness or efficiency of the unit or Telecare24 team response in such a scenario.

However, during our care plan selection and the purchase process, we found the website very informative in directing us to which unit was best for us; and when we needed to contact the Customer Support Team they were extremely efficient, professional, understanding and friendly.

When our family member received her equipment, the team contacted her and clearly explained about the equipment, its use and how the Telecare24 Team would respond to an incident, activating and testing the equipment at the same time.

So, we would highly recommend Telecare24!
