I previously was advised by Cumbria Social Services to have an emergency call system installed, as I am 76 and live alone. My family live 400 miles away, and I have no local support.

They arranged for me to have a system from Wellbeing (part of DORO Group) installed. This worked well initially, until the company was taken over by Careium earlier this year.

They were dreadful; half an hour or more to have their customer support helpline answered; chaos within their billing dept (double direct debits taken!!!} ; promises made and not kept.

Having decided to cancel my contract with Careium, I researched the web for an alternative supplier.

I was impressed by the help given by your team in answering my questions, and by the quality and promptness of your service, and everything has got off to a good start.
