I bought this alarm for my father as he had fallen a few times, and the last time he knocked the television over and couldn’t pick it up. He realised that one day he might not be able to get up and would need help.

We now have a key safe attached to the wall and a neighbour has also offered to be a contact. Another neighbour who works for the council suggested we use Telecare as they said they were really good.
